We are currently seeking volunteers to participate in our research project examining the effects of meditation and aerobic exercise on mental health, under the supervision of Dr. Adrianna Mendrek, Professor Vincent Cloutier, and in collaboration with a team of students. from the psychology department at Bishop's University in Canada.
